The ADA-YLQ1200 fracturing unit is a skid-mounted equipment with a horizontal three-cylinder plunger pump installed on the skid. The plunger pump is driven by a vehicle-mounted diesel engine through a hydraulic transmission and can be operated on a remote control box tens of meters away from the fracturing truck, ensuring safety, reliability, and a high degree of automation. The equipment is equipped with an automatic overpressure protection device. During fracturing operations, the operator can set the maximum safe operating pressure on the remote control box or instrument truck. When the operating pressure exceeds the set maximum safe operating pressure, the overpressure protection device automatically puts the vehicle-mounted diesel engine in idle state. After the overpressure protection is reset, the plunger pump can be quickly restarted.
The ADA-YLQ1200 fracturing unit is mainly used for various fracturing operations in deep, medium, and shallow oil and gas wells, and can also be used for hydraulic sandblasting, high-pressure hydraulic coal mining in coal mines, and high-pressure hydraulic rust removal in ships. The equipment can perform single-machine and networked operations.
The ADA-YLQ1200 fracturing unit mainly consists of a skid, vehicle-mounted diesel engine, liquid heater, hydraulic transmission, transmission shaft and braking device, plunger pump, lubrication system, pneumatic system, hydraulic system, instrument control system, high-pressure discharge manifold, low-pressure suction manifold, articulated elbow, and lighting system.
